Refund Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid LogicBridge Core training enrolments confirmed by invoice or enrolment letter.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed paid seats when you meet the timing and condition rules below. Free previews, downloadable sample pages on this website, and complimentary alumni events are not refundable purchases.

Timeframe

For live cohorts, a full refund is available if we receive your written request at least 14 days before the first live session. Requests received 13 to 7 days before the start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid. Requests inside 7 days are generally not eligible for a tuition refund unless LogicBridge Core cancels the cohort.

Full or partial refund conditions

Full refunds also apply if we cancel or materially reschedule a program and you decline the new dates. Partial refunds may apply when you transfer to a later cohort and a seat fee difference remains after administrative costs.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees (if any), booked on-site venue surcharges already incurred, and customized data-preparation work started under an Observatory statement of work are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refund process

Email contact@logicbridge-core.digital with your full name, program name, cohort dates, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the eligible amount.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by participant

You may cancel by email. Substituting a colleague from the same organization is allowed up to 48 hours before the first session at no extra tuition charge.

Exceptions

We may grant exceptions for documented medical emergencies or other serious circumstances at our discretion. Self-paced Signal Desk access becomes non-refundable after download links or portal credentials are issued.
